For your convenience, a room block has been reserved at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel. Please mention the Stierwalt/Calhoun room block when booking in order to receive a preferred rate.
Nightly Rate: $129 / night
We encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible as there are limited lodging options downtown. Room rates are available until 5/15/19 and are subject to availability. Provided transportation for the weekend’s activities will be picking up and dropping guests off at the Renaissance Hotel.

Travel
Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW)
This is the easiest airport to fly into with the most direct flight options. DTW is about 45 minutes from downtown Toledo. We recommend renting a car at the airport or the below options:

Toledo Express Airport (TOL)
Toledo Express Airport is a closer option, however, there are fewer direct flights available. TOL is a 25 minute drive from downtown Toledo and Uber / Lyft are great options for ground transportation to the hotel.
Driving from Chicago
Toledo is 245 miles (3 hours, 45 minutes) from Chicago. The drive is very easy and just a straight shot across I-80/90 toll road.
Getting Around Toledo
We will be providing transportation for all wedding-related events. We recommend Uber or Lyft for any other transportation needs for getting around the city.
