Welcome Party

Holy Toledo Skydeck

6:30 pm – 11:00 pm 

We extend a warm welcome to everyone (including kiddos!) to join us at the Holy Toledo Skydeck to cheer on the Toledo Mudhens as they take on the Rochester Red Wings. Bites and beverages will be served and fireworks will follow the game. On your way back from the game, stop by Hensville Park for live music!

While the stadium is just a 10 minute walk from the Renaissance Hotel, a shuttle labeled “Stierwalt-Calhoun Wedding Party” will begin service starting at 7:00 pm from the street level in front of the hotel. Shuttle service back to the hotel will end at 12:00 am. Pick-up will be at the corner of Washington Street and St. Clair Street.

Entry Instructions - We recommend using the lobby on St. Clair Street next to the Holy Toledo Tavern (9 N St Clair Street). Once inside, take the elevator to the 4th floor to the Holy Toledo Skydeck. There will be an elevator attendant scheduled if assistance is needed.

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Hotel guests utilizing transportation: Please meet in the lobby at 3:15 pm. Buses will be parked in front of the hotel at the street level to take you to the ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, buses will take guests directly to the Toledo Country Club.

Reception

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Respectfully, adult reception. Please let us know if we can assist with childcare services during the wedding ceremony and reception. We’re happy to help!

Buses will be available to take guests back to the Renaissance Hotel throughout the evening starting at 9:30 pm. The last shuttle will depart Toledo Country Club at 11:30 pm.

Please join us for late night bites at the hotel’s rooftop bar, The Heights. When arriving, reference the Stierwalt-Calhoun wedding as your ticket for entrance and to be directed to the After Party location.

Farewell Brunch

Renaissance Downtown Toledo Hotel

9:00 am - 11:00 am

All guests and children are invited to join us for brunch out on the Glass Pond balcony. Please stop by at your leisure on your way out of town! The Glass Pond is located off the lobby in front of the Brim House.

In case of inclement weather, brunch will be moved indoors.
